Azimut Portföy, Mesa and Quvars Invest announced their strategic collaboration at a press conference held at Feriye in July 2026. The collaboration brings together the full spectrum of real estate investment processes—from financing to land and project development—under a single corporate structure.

Launched with an initial size of USD 40 million and aimed at evolving into a billion-dollar investment ecosystem in the medium term, the collaboration was promoted through the press conference and the media communications that followed.

The event was attended by 37 representatives from national and trade media and generated a total of 114 pieces of media coverage.
