Filiz, the iconic flavor of our tables for years and engraved in our memories as a pasta brand, has taken a step to create a new flavor. We launched Filiz Mardin Bulgur before it took its place on the shelves.
We highlighted Mardin for the launch meeting, so we designed it as a cultural journey with its unique cultural heritage and gastronomic richness. The launch, which we held with important names of Turkish gastronomy, gave the participants a different experience with the unique taste and quality of geographically marked Mardin bulgur. Members of the press and content producers had the opportunity to discover the labor-filled story of Mardin bulgur at a wheat harvest gastronomy event in Mardin.
