The 'Ekici Academy' project, developed considering the impact of delicatessen experts in the cheese sector on consumers' purchasing decisions, involved a nationwide roadshow across Türkiye between 2013 and 2017.
Within the scope of the program, which was designed with interactive elements, approximately 1000 delicatessen experts in 11 provinces received training from experts on topics such as cheese making, cheese varieties, storage conditions and quality.
Thanks to the delicatessen employees whose expertise was recognized with 'Ekici Academy' training certificates, Ekici brand awareness was increased nationwide.
