In line with Communication Partner's comprehensive perception research and subsequent communication strategy, the 'Istanbul Now' concept was developed to emphasize Istanbul's present and future rather than its past.
With this concept work, which consolidates existing communication efforts under a single concept, the hotel's services, F&B, customer relations, and sales efforts were shared with national and sectoral media.
Through the photography contest organized in collaboration with Mehmet Turgut, a visual narrative depicting the neighborhoods of Istanbul and their contemporary characteristics was crafted.
By providing hotel guests with an Istanbul experience beyond the typical 'Bosphorus' brand promise, the hotel gained a competitive advantage over other upper segment hotels along the Bosphorus.
