As a result of in-depth research conducted with employees and senior management, the corporate values were rewritten. An Employee Value Proposition (EVP) was created that puts forward a new claim in the banking sector, shows employees their role on this path, and aims to break paradigms by disrupting the rules. All internal communication processes were restructured around the EVP, which was launched with the slogan "You Set the Rule".
Within the scope of the EVP, which was launched with the participation of all employees at the Vision Meeting, the values exhibition, Internal Communication Committee, Fibasocial challenges, inspiration interviews, General Manager videos, LinkedIn and ZOOM activities were organized.
Within the scope of the project, employees became the bearers of change in a short time.
