During the Covid-19 pandemic that has affected the world and Türkiye, an online press conference was held to correct the misperception that the car-sharing sector, led by MOOV by Garenta in Türkiye, is making losses and that it is difficult to manage the operation, and to evaluate the automotive, used car, car rental and car-sharing sectors in order to get the fastest, most inclusive and most effective results by using the possibilities of technology.
More than 50 journalists and online content developers participated in the online meeting held on Youtube. Emre Ayyıldız, General Manager of Garenta and ikinciyeni.com, was the spokesperson of the meeting.
During the meeting, which was held with remote access during the pandemic, questions were received online and answered while maintaining the dynamism of the press conference.
The press conference generated 155 news coverage (digital and print media), reaching a reach of 6.7 million people. With the news in the print media, visibility of 12 newspaper pages was achieved.
In addition, in parallel with the agenda provided by the press conference, TV appearances and news activities continued in the days following the meeting.
